SolSpect is a free, public blockchain explorer for the Solana network. It provides read-only access to publicly available on-chain data. No user account, wallet connection, or payment is required.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data displayed is accurate, complete, or current. Blockchain data can be subject to reorgs, delays, or RPC provider issues.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolSpect and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
- Scrape, mirror, or resell the Service without permission
- Use automated tools to send excessive requests (rate limits may apply)
6. Third-Party Data
Data displayed on SolSpect is fetched from third-party RPC providers and public APIs. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of that data.
7. Intellectual Property
The SolSpect name, design, and code are the property of their respective owners. Blockchain data itself is public and not owned by anyone.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
